We enjoyed experiencing our first Day of the Dead in Mexico. On Friday November 1 we drove to Puerto Vallarta to view the world’s tallest Catrina. On November 2 we drove to Sayulita for their celebration. The following weekend, we went back to Vallarta to see Catrina’s pet, who had arrived late to the party but was worth the extra visit.
